From our main operating location at Lissarda, near to Cork City, we supply customers throughout Ireland and the UK.
Our Company
We were founded in 1977 and since then have grown steadily in tandem with increasing output from the Irish forestry industry and general growth in the Irish economy. In addition to producing our own sawn products, we also import part processed timber from Scandinavia, Russia, the Baltic States and Europe.
Sustainability
We are committed to best international practices in forestry management and sustainability.We believe it is critical that native softwood forests are managed in order to maintain a high level of biodiversity as well as achieving the regeneration capacity needed for the timber industry.
Pressure Treatment
From our state of the art wood treatment facility in Lissarda, Palfab can offer customers the highest quality in industrial wood preservation. This process known as vacuum impregnation is a safe and environmentally friendly way of treating timber in out door applications.
Wood Lot Purchasing
